(Ratchets and pawls)
Teeth of ratchets are induction hardened to prevent wear. Ratchets
are offered in hubbed and hubless designs.
(Involute splines and spline bushings)
These are heat treated and have the module of exactly 1.667.
(Gear couplings)
These are much easier to assemble compared to the conventional
chain couplings and are suitable for dynamic testing equipments. Teeth
surfaces are quenched and tempered, and the entire surface is zinc unichromic
electroplated.
