Aqualok EasiFit Couplings and Flange Adapters offer an effective method of connecting any rigid pipe material from 50 mm to 1600 mm, and
is primarily used on new lay schemes and installations where the pipe size is known and the wide tolerance range of the Aqualok Large Range Coupling is not required. EasiFit Couplings will connect rigid pipe
materials of the same or different outside diameter in any combination, while EasiFit Flange Adaptors connect any rigid pipe material to a wide range of flange specifications.This range of products offers a
guaranteed solution to customers pipe connection needs with every coupling or flange adapter being made to the customers exact requirements, with each connection manufactured to the given pipe outside
diameter. Easifit Couplings and Flange Adapters are available as standard in sizes up to 1600mm. Bigger sizes can be accommodated upon request. As standard all Aqualok EasiFit couplings are fully protected
against corrosion with an Epoxy Powder Coating to SABS 1217. Aqualok EasiFit Couplings and Flange Adapters are designed and manufactured to fit on a pre-determined pipe end, or on specials sizes which the
Aqualok Easifit Large Range Coupling does not provide for .
All Aqualok couplings and flange adapters are offered with Aqualok's unique and patented gasket design with a self-centering lip which
offers superior installation and sealing characteristics. The Aqualok gasket absorbs all movement resulting from expansion and contraction and enables the coupling to perform under applicable lateral and
angular displacements.
