	1986 Joint-venture with Fiat Auto, Aeritalia and MIKI to develop and expand the composite material world wide market. 1987 First studies on the extruded profiles as a barrier in the aluminium windows, to stop heat and cold. 1987 MAZZER INDUSTRIES Inc. is formed at Rochester, USA. The aim of the Company is distribution of all Mazzer products in the USA. 1990 Mazzer's shares of MIKI are sold to Fiat/Aeritalia Group. 1990 The Profile Division is formed to proper develop the profile production and sales.
