     SERTO refrigeration fitting

The new SERTO SAE flare fitting SO 40221 SAE replaces the soldering in a fast, safe and economic way. No additional sealing is needed. Only metal-to-metal sealing by the rim on the 45° Flare of the compression ferrule.

Advantage

  • no soldering, direct connection onto the flare connection
  • corresponds to the new standards and regulations of the CEN for refrigeration installations ( EN 378/1 + EN 378/2 )
  • quick and easy mounting and dismounting
  • marking of the dimensions on the nuts


    Application:

  • Whenever the installation of refrigeration tubes become difficult or impossible (soldering in a dangerous atmosphere, or even where soldering is forbidden) the SERTO refrigeration fitting with a nut and the compression ferrule can easily be installed simply by using a wrench.

  • The SERTO refrigeration connection fits most thermostatic valves, manometers, dehydrating filters and other components with flare type joints.

    Standards:

  • corresponds to the new standards and regulations of the CEN for refrigeration installations ( EN 378/1 + EN 378/2 ).

    Technical features:
  • no copper sealing necessary - compression ferrule - tight up to 10 -7 mbar l /s respectively <= 0,5 gr/a Helium for all refrigerants ( CFC/HFC/HCFC)
